I expected better for what I paid. The quality feels cheap, like more effort went into making it look worth the price than actually making it that way

The clothes are kinda cute, but the designs just feel a little basic and not that fresh. I was expecting nicer styles based on the pictures

I ordered a dress from Caramella Clothing and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect. The fabric ended up being really nice though, soft, comfortable, and not as thin as I was worried it might be. I washed it once and it held up fine, though it did need a quick iron after. I’m giving it 4 stars because one of the seams feels a little rough, or maybe I’m just being picky, but overall I’m happy with it

I ordered a dress from Caramella Clothing the product details were accurate. The color looked really close to the photos, which I was relieved about, and the sizing info actually helped me pick the right size. The fabric was a little thinner than I thought it would be, but not enough to make me regret buying it. Weirdly, I remember checking the photos like five times because there was this tiny wrinkle near the sleeve in one picture, and the color still matched when it arrived. Overall I’m happy with the dress, I just wish they included a bit more info about the material.

It showed up in roughly a few days, so I’d say the shipping was fast overall.

I tried shopping on caramellaclothing.com, but I ended up giving up after a bit, haha. It just felt like way more effort than it should have been.

The pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t really seem to do what I wanted, and when I added something to my cart, I couldn’t tell if it actually went in or not. The menu was also kind of messy on my phone.

The clothes might be nice, to be fair, but the website made the whole thing a hassle. I probably wouldn’t try again unless they made it easier to use

I ordered a black dress in medium and somehow ended up with a beige one in small. The whole return process dragged on forever, and I kept getting pushed through automated messages instead of talking to someone who could actually fix it. Super frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from here again

I really wanted to like this because it looked so nice in the photos, but the fabric felt cheap once it arrived. I wore it once, washed it, and the stitching already started coming loose. Weirdly, I remember opening the package while eating a pickle, which is probably the most memorable part of the whole thing. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

My order showed up in this super thin bag, and one side was already ripped open, like it had been dragged around or caught on something. The clothes were all smashed together too, kind of like when you overstuff a gym bag, or pack for a trip in five minutes, or shove laundry into a drawer just to get it out of the way. One of the items even had dust on it, which was really disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected something sturdier, like a box, a thicker mailer, even some basic wrapping around the clothes. I’ve had cheaper orders from other places arrive looking way better, cleaner, and more protected. If this is how they normally ship things, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
